weekly rentals:
Check-in: 3:00 PM Sunday
Check-out: 9:30 AM Sunday

Linens
and towels provided.

No pets.
No smoking.

Maximum
of 8-10 people, please clarify with Ben.

Ferry reservations
for all summer weeks are available,
best
arranged by booking early (public tickets available starting January 14, 2008
via internet or mail).

Standard
rental includes three-bedroom main house.

A one-bedroom
studio is also available for larger groups.

The Writer's Studio
is available for an additional fee in conjunction with the main house.
Note that the Writer's Studio does not have cooking facilities.

The Writer's Studio
will never be rented separately to a different family from the one occupying the
main house.

We have a mooring
on Lake Tashmoo (10 minute drive from the house) which is available for renters'
use if interested. Please feel free to inquire about using it during your
stay. This needs to be arranged in advance at the time of your booking.

Off-season,
the house is ideal for a holiday week, weekend, or special family gathering.

For those
who prefer to plan ahead, we're happy to take reservations for next year.

Bookings
typically start in the fall for the following summer, though it seems to
get earlier every year.
