Located in secluded Lambert's Cove, this architecturally unique cottage sits
directly on Flat Bottom Pond. The verdant 8.5 acre property has an "up-island"
feel, yet is conveniently located 2 miles from the town center. It is
surrounded by three large conservation areas with extensive walking
trails. The main house has been completely updated, yet retains a whimsical and country feel.

house. Special features include an ivy-covered outdoor shower, studio cottage,
secret garden, large meadow, beachstone fireplace, and woodburning stove.
The house is equipped with digital cable (including HBO and Showtime), DVD player, and high-speed internet with
a wireless network. We have also arranged for a beach pass to the
spectacular, nearby, private Lambert's Cove Beach.
**We still have one round-trip ferry ticket that can be transferred to renters
this summer. It is for the week of August
29-September 5.
